Primitive Reflex Integration: Move, Align, Learn.

PRIMAL Movement Therapy supports individuals to improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional functionality. Through movement and integrated brain-based approaches, we help you overcome learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges caused by neuromotor immaturity.

The approach

PRIMAL Movement Therapy supports the body’s innate capacity to regulate, reorganise, integrate and function with greater ease.

After completing the Functional Neuro Health (PEACE) Foundations course with Nick Moss in 2025-2026, Allison Berry adopted the PEACE approach to address the underlying drivers of movement, behaviour, and sensory processing challenges.

Her work centres on nervous‑system down‑regulation, primitive and postural reflex integration, and supporting cranial nerve function, including vagal tone. Sessions are tailored to each client and typically include nervous‑system regulation techniques, assessment and correction of primitive reflexes, cranial nerves, eye movements, and postural reflexes. Integration movements or exercises are provided as needed to support nervous‑system change between sessions.

This approach aims to correct aberrant primitive and postural reflexes, restore more efficient sensory system function, and strengthen postural control, gait integration, and whole‑body movement. Only minimal at‑home practices are required to support ongoing integration.

Neuro-physiological Integrated Consultations

These consultations are flexible, individually tailored sessions designed to meet the client’s most immediate neuro‑physiological needs. Each session may include:

  • nervous‑system down‑regulation

  • correction of aberrant primitive and postural reflexes

  • cranial nerve and vagal‑tone support

  • sensory‑motor integration

  • eye‑movement and postural reflex assessment

Home practices are offered when needed to reinforce integration between sessions. This pathway is ideal for clients seeking responsive, session‑by‑session support.

PRIMAL Movement Therapy and the INPP™ Approach

The INPP™ program is a structured, internationally recognised developmental movement program backed by more than 45 years of clinical research. It systematically identifies and corrects aberrant primitive and postural reflexes to improve:

  • sensory processing

  • neuromotor maturity

  • emotional regulation

  • cognitive and physical performance

Unlike the flexible nature of Neuro‑Physiological Integrated Consultations, the INPP™ program follows a set progression and requires 5–10 minutes of daily home practice to support long‑term integration.

I’m here to help

PRIMAL Movement Therapy helps families and individuals to understand and overcome their neuromotor and functional challenges.

Let me help you reach your full potential: cognitively, behaviorally, and emotionally.

“Allison helped me to feel more confident in my body. I feel more coordinated and powerful when playing sports, and I no longer overreact when I hear a loud noise.”
